Our party scours the Cadorna Textile House neighborhood some more, looking for the last couple of random encounters we need to clear the block. We visit a few previously-unexplored (but non-essential) areas of the block; however, a second pass over other parts of the block fails to scare anything further out of the "woodwork".
Perhaps we have cleared this block after all? If so, let's go finish clearing the Podol Plaza neighborhood as well!
