Game published 1988 by SSI (Gamefest CD-ROM published 2001 by Interplay).
One of our mages got poisoned by a scorpion (off-camera), but this time we decided to let Dirten try casting Slow Poison -- and it worked! (At least, long enough to get him back to the temple of Ilmatar in the next block for a Neutralize Poison spell there.) However, the game sound started acting up during another sizable random encounter vs. undead a little bit later (spells, missiles & death sounds were still present, but no movement, wounding, or miss sounds), so the episode ended a bit earlier than I would have liked. (Just 2 random encounters left before we finally have this block cleared, though!)
