68We've made it back to the coalition camp but the leaders aren't here. They've got to Dead Man's Pass to parley with Caelar and the other leaders of the crusade, a final effort to prevent needless bloodshed and end the crisis gripping the region. Unfortunately, we are well aware of what Hephernaan wants but what we can't do is tell anyone about it for some reason. It would be denied by our foes and dismissed by our allies, but at least we'd be able to say that we told them so when we're proven right.
Once the negotiations breaks down - and they will - we'll have no choice but to do battle and the crusade strike first. We're going to need to defend the coalition camp from the attacking forces with the help of select groups of people with very particular sets of skills. Using them correctly will make our battles much easier and fortunately for us, the game is very blatant in hinting at which groups we need to use.
