I bet many of you are surprised that this zone came so early. Just another one of the nice things about Sonic 3 Complete. :)

From Carnival Night we cannon our way up to the battleship that attacked us in Angel Island Zone: the Flying Battery! This is one of my favorite zones in the series, and a fan favorite all around. It's decently challenging and interesting. I won't lie, there are some parts of the second act that make me raise an eyebrow in terms of difficulty, but that's more on me than anything. Also, Eggman seems to have lost IQ points since the last game if he thought firing a giant laser inside his ship was a good idea.
