Let's Play Travis Strikes Again - Part 1 - Game Boy
9 Years...9 years since the last No More Heroes game was released. It's been a long damn time, but the day has finally come! Err...well, it actually came out 3 days ago. It's called being fashionably late, ****face!
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is the newest addition to the NMH Series and the SUDA-verse as a whole, and much like every game he's released, reception has been all over the place! This game is a repetitive slog, or a brilliant masterpiece. For this game especially, I feel that the more of SUDA's works you've taken in, the more you'll get out of it. It feels like a celebration of Grasshopper's history, which is appropriate for their 20 year anniversary!
As far as the game is concerned, the writing is as strong as ever, and the combat has a surprising amount of depth to it! Arguably more than the previous games! But don't take my word for it. Let's hop right into the Death Drive MKII!
Equip your power glove, throw on your favorite T-shirt, and get into the game... literally! Beam Katana in hand, Travis strikes again!

It's been 7 years since the events of Desperate Struggle, and Travis is now a loner, living inside a trailer in the middle of the woods. Hey, at least he has Jeane with him, and a TV! Casually playing some Hotline Miami (great taste!), he's rudely interrupted by a bad man who goes by the name of Badman. It's been 10 years but he's out for revenge against the man who killed his daughter, Bad Girl! That's not the only reason he's come though.
The Death Drive MKII, the phantom game console! A legendary device that was never released to the general public for being deemed too dangerous, and there's even an urban legend attached to it! If you manage to find the 6 Death Balls, and complete the games within, you can have any wish you desire granted. Man, this one is weird, isn't it!
Thrown into the Death Drive, it's up to Travis and Badman to set aside their differences and fight for their life in a virtual world, and kick some ass too! It's game time!
