In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Officer skull with an Arms+ focused strategy! Officer is a Myths DLC character who, when first added, was easily one of the worst characters in the entire game. He was good in theory, a big hitting power skull who attacks at a faster rate than most of his contemporaries, but his biggest issue was when he becomes legendary he gets an attack attached to his down+attack called Heroic Unrivaled Strikes. These could not be sped up due to the fact that they're not a basic attack or a skill being cast, but a secret third thing, so no matter how much attack speed, or Manatech 3 you had this attack was always extremely slow, and it locked our boy in place while he was unleashing it. This lead Officer to have moments of extreme vulnerability with no counterplay, and due to how unforgiving enemies are at DM10 this made him near unusable. However, as of the 1.9 update Officer now has i-frames while casting a Heroic Unrivaled Strike, and that was quite literally all he needed. Now he unleashes that massive power with no downside, and we can fully take advantage of what was always laying dormant. How powerful is it though? That's what we want to test today! Also, Officer will be joined by Predator, and we will focus on an Arms+ strategy! How will all of this add up to showing the reformed and better than ever Officer? Will he show the nonbelievers that he's not just a respectable skull now, but a very powerful one?
