Fortunately, none of the puzzles are as difficult as the ice block puzzle in Battle Mountain, though I'm sure the final product will top them.

Oh, and unlike me, be sure to generate a text backup of your save. Once your flash session is terminated, your save files might get erased.

For the spikes, notice that there's always a box next to them that has a weird pattern. This tells you the correct lever combination to lower the spikes.
