It's really hard to take this seriously as an overhaul mod when you can move from new features overload in Hell's Kitchen to everything is almost exactly the same on the rooftops of Hell's Kitchen.
This is why you shouldn't spend seven years on your first project, then hype it up as the greatest thing since sliced bread. Well actually it's more you shouldn't do that then insult everyone who has an issue with it and/or get their name wrong.
Also, apparently part of the reason the NSF terrorists in the "more interesting" hotel last episode just ran around like headless chickens, is they had forgotten to put AI pathing on the hotel.
