A new Libretro core has been added to Libretro's core collection - this time it's an old SNK Neo Geo Pocket Color emulator that focuses on performance over accuracy.

It should be much faster than NeoPop-based emulators like Mednafen/Beetle NGP, and it has speed-focused CPU cores for ARM hardware. As a result, this core can actually run at fullspeed on the PSP and PS Vita.
