In this episode I interview Gabriel Lugo, a Law of One enthusiast and youtuber who describes himself as "somebody who is in the process of enjoying reality."

Life, in a way, is a playground for us as souls. We can choose to be engaging with reality in playful intuitive flow, or with separation or control. The choice is ours - but awareness is key. How do we harmonize to let the creator within and without flow through us? How do we tune to the heart? How do we distinguish reality from Maya, the illusion of past and future, towards non-duality?

What are the metaphysics of this process and how can we be more present and attuned in everyday life?
