Quantum Theory and Free Will - a reading - Episode 7 - Universal Mind
0In contrast to the classical Newtonian representation of reality, made of purely physical building blocks, Realistically Construed Orthodox Quantum Mechanics illuminates a reality that is 'mental' in nature - a unitary and conscious quantum field. The text so far has elucidated a description of the universe of many potentialities and many quantum jumps, linked to mental events.
Not only does such a description of reality fundamentally shake the existing paradigm, it is not even new - prominent quantum physicists have been talking about this for over a century. However, for a long time this aspect of quantum physics has been brushed under the rug, in favour of rationalization to preserve the outdated Classical paradigm.
The case being made here is that Quantum Physics shows us a reality whereby everything is connected on a non-local level, and mental in nature. In other words, it provides a scientific basis for Pantheism, Mentalism and Psychic phenomena.
