In the last part of Episode 3, Thaynor and Alwynn manage to find the last of the three Soul Gems and, after one final fight with the treacherous Cravius of the Underworld, win the LARP - but not even the hard-won victory can entirely dissipate the traumatized feelings of either Ethan or his mother Charlotte, who cannot help blaming her son for the tragedy. In an attempt to alleviate Charlotte's pain, Alex attempts to "suck out" her anger with her powers, but remains unsure if that was actually the right thing to do. Meanwhile, Ryan and Steph get Diane Jacobs' decrypted data from Riley and share it with Alex, learning that Typhon did indeed conceal Gabe's warning call and went ahead with the explosion - and that the explosion itself might have been just a cover-up for burying yet another secret...
