In this episode, the victorious Nerevarine discovers that there are still quite a few things to do in Morrowind even after the defeat of Dagoth Ur. For one thing, Elen still remains without a permanent domicile - a situation which can be remedied by initiating the construction of her own stronghold in the heart of the Hlaalu domain after purchasing the necessary papers. For another thing, she has not yet climbed high enough up the ranks of all the organizations she belongs to, so she starts off with the Imperial Legion, completing all of its missions and challenging the current Knight of the Imperial Dragon, Varus Vantinius, to a duel that she easily wins with her magical abilities.
