While it wasn't a perfect game by any means, I appreciated what Remember Me, Dontnod's first game, tried to do. Life Is Strange is even more fascinating, being one of the first post-Telltale adventure games to tackle the 'choices affect the story' mechanics that games like The Walking Dead have really built their legacy upon. I'm intrigued to see where the story goes in this, as the gameplay is a little more involved than something like The Walking Dead, and hopefully that doesn't lead to frustrating puzzles further down the line. It's also great to see Square Enix still out making risky games, trying out new business models and generally making games other big publishers wouldn't even try.
