Started to put my Jetson to some use and built a robot from spare parts.
- Battery is self-built with BMS, 16,8 V idle and 52 Wh, 4 x Sony Konion VTC6 @ 30 A
- 2 Buck converters 5 V @ 7 A
- 1 L298N motor driver
- 1 ADC to measure battery voltage over a voltage divider
- 2 reduced engines at 48 Watts nominal and 12 V @ 4 A (8 A stall)
- 1 display @ 10 Watts
- 1 point Lidar
- 2 x 5 W loudspeakers for voice recognition and speech
All in all the thing does around roughly 70 Watts nominal and has 4 batteries @ 52 Wh. Thats not perfect but ok.
The segmentation sees the road as green and the rest in red. I will code it to keep to the green track and back it up with the Lidar. Gonna see how that plays out. :)
