What can I say? Lisa was one HELL of a ride. I’ve been hearing a lot about it over the past decade or so, but it wasn’t until the recent release of Lisa the Definitive Edition, which includes Lisa the Painful, and it’s DLC Lisa the Joyful, that I final gave it a go. To put it simply, Lisa is not your typical RPG.
Its main themes revolve around drug addiction, abuse and suicide. It is dark as hell, yet despite its serious subject matter, Lisa somehow manages to weave in loads of humor throughout.
