35Being a content partner has its privileges as does being a Youtuber, so when I'm not swanning around on my Yacht off the straits of Gibraltar or buying Russian brides on the internet, I like to sit down and eat some caviar whilst washing it down with the tears of my enemies. Only then do I feel I'm comfortable to speak to those good chaps at Gaijin Entertainment and converse about the various circumstances at which they are currently perplexed with relation to their game. During our latest heated debate over the current community outcry - that of the P-26 and how it performs in comparison to its' direct contemporaries; it was also brought to my attention that Gaijin wanted me to partake in some testing for the latest Dev server for patch 1.89 titled "You only pay twice" the latest in a long line of brilliant updates for the game War Thunder!
The idea behind the title for the patch came from the data accumulated for the previous patches, how the average player will only pay into the game twice before realizing the scam and not pay anything further into the game.
A further change in order to please the player base is to replace all the German, Russian, Italian and Japanese pilot face models with that of Anton or Kirill Yudintsev (we're not sure which))).
This video contains two parts, my initial look at the Dev Blog and some hastily assembled footage I recorded from the Dev server (on Movie quality settings).
