The player has finally made a key victory in his quest up the Blacklist: they have successfully driven Ronnie, another of Razor’s goons, off the Blacklist. The player might have done something similar when they defeated Vic, but this is the first time one of Razor’s closest allies has been eliminated.
His response is unsurprisingly hostile. With paranoia fully clouding his judgement, Razor vilifies the player for having connections with the police. He doubles down by putting a Level 5 Heat score on their ride. He may be beyond nuts at this point, but there’s a small amount of validity to his claims. Think about it; who else has had dubious connections to Rockport’s governmental sectors and been in the player’s affairs since the day they entered Rockport?
