While he doesn’t say it, this means that the player will soon face Cross’ notorious team of street racer interceptors. These officers are the best police force in Rockport. They never fool around with racers and are willing to do anything to take down a racer. Keep that in mind as you screech past the #5 spot on the Blacklist; your enemies in the city are about to get much more vicious.
