This is the longplay of Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures, an action and platform game developed by Factor 5 and distributed by JVC, released in 1994 in the United States and in 1995 in Europe exclusively for the Super Nintendo. A Sega Genesis version was also planned to be released in 1995, but unfortunately it was canceled even though it was practically ready to be released.

It is a video game adaptation of the Indiana Jones films Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981), Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989).

In the game, the title character can attack enemies with his famous whip, but also with punches, with the movement of rolling on the ground and with a gun with infinite ammo. In addition to his conventional attacks, Jones also has grenades, which hit all enemies on the screen, but whose use is very limited and it takes a lot of wisdom to use them (you can carry a maximum amount of 9 grenades). Gems grant 1 extra life for every 100 collected.
At each stage you need to find the whip and the pistol (which are usually on objects that need to be broken with punches), but luckily these are easy to find and can be found in various parts of the scenario. The whip is usually found at the beginning of the stages and is a mandatory item, since in addition to the symbolism that this weapon has, it also allows the hero to overcome obstacles and access areas that would not be possible without the whip. Grenades and jewels remain with the hero between stages.

Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures uses the same engine as the Super Star Wars series and is divided into 28 areas, many of them in side-scrolling view and others in driving stages.

It's a very faithful game to the movies, being one of the best movie-based games ever made for the Super Nintendo. Undoubtedly, an excellent game. In the video I tried to get as many extra lives and secret passages as possible. The video was also made playing on Hard mode (to get the best ending).
Hope you like it.
