Lord of the Print: giant insects... EVEN GIANTER INSECTS!
So what we have here today is a cool bug model from Lord of the Print. The smaller guy is obviously an ankheg, and the larger one is supposed to be their king. Except if you make a portmanteau of ankheg and king you get some eyebrow raising new age stuff which I'll leave to your own discovery so I can keep this channel above the board.
Ankhegs have been a monster staple for some time now. These stood out to me with their crazy giant claws. The king version even more so, like a cross between a Starship Trooper Arachnid and a Tyranid (a Maleceptor was what I was thinking of). Actually they might make good Maleceptor stand ins now that I think about it.
No real issues with printing them, but as always with multi legged models it's a chore to get them all attached to the base. I broke one trying to realign it, but the rest all touch so I'm calling it fine. The other advantage is if you don't want to print custom bases you can have them in all sorts of positions on the terrain.
Overall a cool kit and I eagerly look forward to seeing some more craziness from the Lord of the Print!

For those that are curious the resin I used was the Elegoo Rapid Resin Grey, which seems the best bang for your buck as it usually is about 30 bucks for a 1000g bottle. https://amzn.to/2GWh613
