Cobramode Miniatures: Attack of the Hanzaki ninja salamanders!
76As the month of August winds its way down into some sort of crazy samurai themed battle for the tabletop, there was a set of models I'd had my eyes on for some time but had yet to get an opportunity to show them off.
Well that time is now- BEHOLD THE SALAMANDER NINJA CREW!
These amphibians are a perfect outlandish mix of traditional theme, dynamic poses, and a unique choice of species to be represented. Considering how small and fiddly they look, it was quite the amazing feat that they were all printed and survived unscathed! Like, seriously, be careful cleaning these guys. They have some very delicate parts!
I believe I've got all the various Hanzaki models printed now. There's quite a bit of variety and would make for a great assorted ninja crew. There's even a mounted model if you want to turn them in to a cavalry unit!
Cobramode also offers up stat blocks for their models as well, as part of their Patreon pledge if you wanted to incorporate them into a traditional RPG experience. I think if you've got access to a 3D printer and want something different, these guys fit the bill pretty well.
Me? They're running through Felstad next time I get to play Frostgrave properly face to face with my opponent!
