On a recent wipe, I was in the process of moving from my starter base and the aggressive neighbours that lived there when I encountered this duo right outside the front door of my new base.

Knowing that my bag was new and most probably on a bag timer, I only had this one shot to get into the base safely. So I kept moving to my base while fighting off this duo, unfortunately in the end I was completely unable to find the second body, which due to the new crawl mechanic - was able to crawl away into oblivion. I spent a good amount of time trying to find the body and the loot without any luck.

Really frustrating as when I first saw him, he was about to build and most likely the more stacked player from the duo.

Sometimes Rust really can be determined by bad timing and in the middle of a run carrying almost everything you currently own is no time to be dealing with a random 1v2.
