Lost Frontier | OBSIDIAN: Infiltration Inquiry | No Failure Runs | Part 2
Solid first map clear out of three. Completely forgot what the map exit looks like with this map generator, so that's unfortunately a good chunk of possible loot out the window. Not too bad, though.
It's gonna get louder from here on out, as I don't need to stealth kill for supplies, so I decided to take off the suppressor from the AR for instead a muzzlebrake. Wonder if I should ask for aliases so I could SNDINFO something different for suppressed weapons or other types of actions in LFront. Maybe later.
Wasn't able to keep the first merchant around (they disappear if combat happens too close to them), but I did found more in other secret areas. Benefits of having an addon that jams them anywhere a secret sector pops up.
I am curious if I'll ever find some campaign specific pickups in generated maps like these, I remember LFront having things like a particularly unique assault rifle midway through the spectre hunt and a whole mech for yourself at certain points. Would've been great endgame coin goals once I'm done upgrading everything and need to spend gold on more than just ammo or repairs.
