First timer traps are one thing, but puzzles that kill you instantly if you don't have omniscience is just truly beyond comprehension. I've no clue to this day what you're supposed to do with this trap aside from blowing up the blockades, of which isn't hinted at at all unlike all the other breakables so far in this game.

I guess I should be glad that progress have been made again, but I still dunno about that. That trap that broke conventions that the game has built so far just shatters my mind.
