Love Is The Greatest Of All These...
2Hello, and thank you for watching, I got the idea for this video from an older gentleman I met in my church, as I had quite the conversation with him.
He passed me a small slip of paper with his writings on it, including a part of Romans, which I read out in this video.
God is love, and all real love comes from him, shown to us by his son dying on the cross for each one of us, to save as many as possible.
Love is selfless, while lust is selfish, another example of what love is and the differences between them.
Human love can run out, while God's love never does, that's the difference.
Could you imagine a world without love?
Me neither, but we see images of it with murder, bad language, violence, theft, lust and so on, we should cling to the good while rejecting what's evil.
And yes, even us Christians won't always agree with one another, or see eye to eye on certain things, but love should be the glue that holds us together.
At the very least, we should all agree on the basic core truths of the bible, and try our best to forgive, and be patient with one another.
Let's put our problems at the cross, at the saviour's feet, and pray for one and all.
