I am not satisfied with this run, but after ~2 hours, several technical issues, plus one corrupted video file I gave zero shits and just went with this. Dodongo fight is a fucking joke, and I cannot believe I missed the first gap skip 3 or 4 times.

Anyways...
Initially, I just wanted to skip the feather. But, after skipping the first gap, I realized rather quickly that this was a terrible idea. Without the feather, this stages becomes a pain and I thought it does not save time (It does, actually).
So I just took it a step further and skipped all the other stupid items aswell (except for bombs, because Dodongos).
The thing I love about low% is that you must be creative.
The very first room seems impossible on first glance. You have to hit the switch to the left, but you cannot throw the pot that far. But I came up with using FLG there, because the height you gain affects the distance you throw the item!
For the other switch, I throw Green, then C-Right reunite in midair and slash.
That's it for the sling shot. Useless piece of trash.

The Boomerang isn't really of any serious use here, since I don't even enter the room with the feather.
Skipped.

The feather:
The most troublesome item to be skipped.
There are quite some gaps in this stage, and I had to be creative to skip these.
For bypassing the first one, I pick up Green again, then throw and C-Right reunite in midair and jump slash immediately after. This gives purple enough momentum to reach and touch the other side, making him respawn there after he fell into the lava. For some reason, I totally failed that one.

For the room with the key, I simply do a GaSaG move, then drop the others to get invincibility frames to kill the boss quickly. I messed that up though, and it took me two attacks. Still decent.

The next rooms are just annoying, so I get invincibility frames or just damage myself.

The Shadow Link Battle is scary. Without any item, and flames and lava everywhere, this seems tough. But, I just get invincibility again, roll into the middle and spin slash the two Links there. Luckily, one of them is the correct one, but then COLORBLIND HYPE.
My brain skips some processes, and then the I exit the room.

Bombs:
The only item you have to obtain, because Dodongos. So I just grab them, and then make my way carefully to the door, collecting enough gems to have exactly 1800. TAS.

The fight itself is a horrible piece of trash.
After that, I just need to get up and free the maiden.
