The Big Chief

Mission Requirements:
2 completed projects built in Deep Friah's stronghold
Complete 3 Wasteland Missions

After completing the mission requirements, head over to Hope who is down in Gastown's underbelly. She's reluctant to tell Max about the location of the Big Chief, but tells him with hopes that he'll save her daughter, Glory. 

Getting to Stank Gum's garage if very straightforward. There are very few pieces of scrap in this tuennel area (some of the scrap must be collected outside of this mission path, so you can't 100% the underbelly if you haven't wondered through it and collecected scrap from the other areas.) You will find one scrap and one history relic.

Push through Stank Gum's men and get to the garage. You'll face off a few more War Boys then you'll have to refule the machine to lower the Big Chief. The gas can is on the upper level of the garage. Once that's done, get into the car and drive it back to Deep Friah's stronghold. The Big Chief is rather powerful, so have fun creaming Stank Gum's men on the way back. 

Chum will install the new engine as soon as Max makes it back to the stronghold. Approaching the Magnum Opus will start the next mission, In It For Glory.
