In this special build episode we continue to make a custom falchion for Skallagrim to review and test. This is part 3 of a series of videos completing this sword project.

Matt starts by rough grinding the blade. Ilya than shows a way of heat treating and tempering with little risk of warping using 2x4's to clamp the blade while it slowly cools after the quench.

Matt than moves onto doing the final grind of the blade and than starts adding the fullers to the blade.

We also reveal the historical example of the particular falchion that we are recreating.
