The next board is Deep Bloober Sea, and yes it is Bloober, not Blooper. I did look up on Super Mario Wiki, and they were called Bloobers back in Super Mario Bros., the first game they were called Bloopers was in Paper Mario. I play as Luigi for this board, and I pick Daisy, Wario, and Peach for the CPU opponents.
Deep Bloober Sea is an underwater board and it is inhabited by Bloopers, even though the board uses their original name of Bloober. This board has two paths, and if you press a switch out of the four, there is a chance a torpedo is fired and you get put to the opposite side of which you picked. There are some events for Happening Spaces, the first one has you grabbed by a Blooper's tentacle and placed to the other side of the board, and another is the Action Time for this board, where an anglerfish will try to inhale players, and you have to swim away, and if you fail, you get blown away to the start or where Boo is for this board.
I do want to go over the Bowser Space, Bowser can randomly give items, like a Bowser Suit or a Bowser Phone, or he can shuffle players around on the board. Bowser can sometimes be seen doing some kind of pose, where he is laying on his side, that is the one notable thing I can remember from Bowser in this game.
Here are the minigames in this video, some of which can appear two or more times on this board:
Pump, Pump and Away
Awful Tower
Hand, Line and Sinker
Winner's Wheel
Log Jam
Toadstool Titan
Rockin' Raceway
Hide and Sneak
Thwomp Pull
All Fired Up
Spotlight Swim
Bobbing Bow-loons
M.P.I.Q.
Crazy Cogs
Water Whirled
Stacked Deck
Coconut Conk
Ridiculous Relay
Three Door Monty

Like in the previous Mario Party games, I will list the minigames that make their first appearance on each board. I personally prefer Mario Party 2 out of the Nintendo 64 Mario Party games, and with this game, I feel like the AI does very well in minigames, there are some minigames from this game that I do like, the ones in this video, like M.P.I.Q., Messy Memory, and Curtain Call, are some that stand out to me, and there are some that I don't like, for example, Hide and Sneak is more based on luck as you don't know what the AI will pick, Toadstool Titan is an interesting minigame where you can use the Mushroom to become larger and knock players away, this minigame had its name changed to Mush Pit in Mario Party: The Top 100 and in Mario Party Superstars. Here are the list of minigames that made their first appearance on this board.
