Nimian Legends - BrightRidge by Protopop games has been in beta since the dawn of time it seems. It is a nice looking adventure game that is classed as an RPG but I would say it's more like an action adventure game with puzzle elements.
Android specs needed:
CPU: 4Cores, 2Ghz
RAM: 2Gb
Enough storage: 32Mb
Gamepad is natively supported and I advise to use an actual gamepad if you have one. Touch controls work too but those aren't my cuppa tea.
The camera is controlled with the right stick and with the left stick you walk about, the face buttons can make you jump and do other things. The atmosphere, graphics and the story is what draws me in.
The purple power cell action puzzle elements could perhaps been more involved / difficult but then again you play this casually on a phone or android gaming handheld - so it not being too difficult is a good thing.
Graphics: 8/10
Sound: 8/10
Controls: 7/10 (Gamepad)
Story: 8/10
Puzzle/action elements: 6/10
