Update (Jan, 2016): All artifacts with critical damage rating need to bump up due to a glitch in formula (apologies). For example, Gem of the Kurse is a pretty good artifact indeed. I shall post another update to this video later. Hang in there!

Update (Oct 4, 2015): Sharabus Neotum for non-summoner has a score of 89.72%. That would put it just above White Suit Jacket.
