MARY Jo Eustace says her ex-husband Dean McDermott's divorce drama is "beneath her" but admitted she's not shocked he and Tori Spelling have split.
Dean walked out on Mary Jo in 2005 and married his 'Mind Over Murder' co-star Tori a year later.
Dean, 57, and Mary Jo, 61, tried to work through their issues later on and even began recording a podcast together in 2022 about divorce - which fell apart after just two episodes.
The U.S. Sun caught up with the "Senior B*****s" podcast host at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center's West Hollywood grand opening event on Thursday.
Asked how her relationship is with Dean today, she laughed, "Who? I thought he was homeless living under a bridge. I have no idea. We don't participate at all."
She admitted she was "not shocked" by news of her ex's split from Tori, 50, after the 90210 alum called him in the middle of her podcast to tell him she was filing for divorce.
"It's beneath us," Mary Jo added, admitting she thought the split was coming for a long time.
Dean is not believed to be homeless, but Tori was mocked after photographs emerged of her living out of an RV amid reported financial struggles.
NEW GIRLFRIEND
The 90210 star later insisted she and her family were enjoying a vacation in the Ford F-450 Sunseeker LE Series, said to be worth around $100,000.
Mary Jo married Dean, 57, in 1993 but separated before he got together with Tori.
He tied the knot with the star in 2006, a month after his divorce was finalized.
The pair had five children together; Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, seven.
Dean has since moved on and is dating Lily Calo, a senior account executive at Conscious Community Global in Los Angeles.
Asked about his new girlfriend, Mary Jo quipped, "I didn't even know about her, but good luck to her."
Tori filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage on March 29, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court papers.
Despite the filing date, she listed their date of their separation as June 17, 2023.
Mary Jo attended Thursday's event with her 25-year-old son Jack, who has defended his dad in the past and is set to reveal more about what went down in the future.
Dean's ex found it tough being a single mother to their son, along with her daughter Lola, 19, who they were in the process of adopting before the split.
She said, "I feel that it was a struggle to be around it and part of it, and Jack might someday speak to that on his own terms, which I think is really cool.
SINGLE MOM STRENGTH
"It's very damaging, it's difficult, so I think it's taken a lot for us to move past it and it gives you resilience."
Asked if she had any advice for other single moms out there, she added, " Fall in love with yourself, be your own advocate, bet on yourself, really dig in.
"It's hard [but] connect and find people you can talk to and get support, but it's not a death sentence, it's actually a rebirth."
Mary Jo says she tries not to spend too much time online and doesn't Google herself after spending years in the spotlight.
She said, "I prefer not to. I don't want to go into details. I think it's dangerous. I did it 20 years ago I guess, when everything kind of happened [the split].
