This is the "Destroy the Reapers" ending for Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC, recorded in 1920x1080.

After a desperate charge to get to the Reaper's transport beam, only Commander Shepard and Admiral Anderson survive and get up to the Citadel, where they are confronted by an indoctrinated Illusive Man. Since I had full paragon score in this playtrough, I was able to talk him down, and he ends up shooting himself. After that, Shepard meets the "The Catalyst", a ghostly figure in the shape of the little boy from the beginning of the game. "The Catalyst" explains that Shepard has three choices: control the Reapers, destroy them or merge all organic and synthetic life in the galaxy. With the Extended Cut DLC, we now see the Reapers destroyed and the surviving fleets leaving the SOL system. Also, since I had a high effective military strength, I got the final "Shepard alive" bonus cinematic.

For me, this is still the best ending. You unite the galaxy, fight the Reapers and kick their asses... and Shepard lives!

Final total military strength 6581 points, 100% Galactic readiness level, engineer Shepard, Insanity difficulty level.
