This is the "Refuse the Catalyst's choices" ending for Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC, recorded in 1920x1080.

After a desperate charge to get to the Reaper's transport beam, only Commander Shepard and Admiral Anderson survive and get up to the Citadel, where they are confronted by an indoctrinated Illusive Man. Since I had full paragon score in this playtrough, I was able to talk him down, and he ends up shooting himself. After that, Shepard meets the "The Catalyst", a ghostly figure in the shape of the little boy from the beginning of the game. "The Catalyst" explains that Shepard has three choices: control the Reapers, destroy them or merge all organic and synthetic life in the galaxy. With the Extended Cut DLC, a fouth path was added: refusing to choose. This results in the Reapers wiping out every advanced civilization in the galaxy, and the cycle continuing. However, with the information Liara hid, the advanced races of the next cycle are able to survive.

I actually like this ending. It's a dark victory. Even if the races of this cycle are wiped out, the reapers are ultimately defeated in the next.

Final total military strength 6581 points, 100% Galactic readiness level, engineer Shepard, Insanity difficulty level.
