0:00 - Chapter 12-6. Sadly, Max is stuck in one place and can't explore the area like this.
0:49 - Chapter 12-9. Max can roam freely during the glitch, and you can even progress to the next area like this, having a sniper fight with the psychedelic colors blaring all around.
Also, seeing the cutscene of the next Checkpoint fixes the LMS mode, allowing you to shoot with your guns and continue even deeper in the level despite the colors being what they are.
2:22 - Chapter 12-11. This was a really annoying Checkpoint to get footage of since the enemies almost never hit Max while he is covering. It took over an hour to coax this glitch into starting at worst.
And all this work for... what exactly? So that Max can run a few steps and get blown on his back, where he is unable to get back up!
3:31 - alright, there is one other thing you can do here, and that is to jump off the rooftop with the glitch active. Since you're technically in LMS, the game won't insta-kill Max, allowing you land safely down out of bounds at street level and check it out with weird colors as well.
