Air Man is a Robot Master Dr. Wily made to fight Mega Man using powerful wind and tornadoes. The weapon that he uses for this is called the Air Shooter.

Taking place in the sky, Air Man's Air Shooter has him shoot many tornadoes at Mega Man, all while blowing him away to keep him from shooting him. Air Man hates the Fall season because all of the falling leaves during that season can get stuck in his mouth fan. This is why the Leaf Shield is his weakness.

Beating Air Man's stage also has Dr. Light give Mega Man Item-2. From this, Mega Man can throw out a platform that flies in a straight line for a few seconds. This is good for traveling across long gaps, like the disappearing platform area in Heat Man's stage.

Looks like I can defeat you after all, Air Man.
