Crash Man's stage doesn't really have much "crash" in it, but it does have a lot of Tellies, Pipis, and Mets. The Tellies and Mets take some careful timing, but nothing too serious. The Pipis, on the other hand, can be a nightmare...that is if Mega Man doesn't have the right weapon. Leaf Shield will work incredibly well at repelling Pipi spawn, and is one of the few occasions it works as a shield (Metal Blades, as always, will also shred Pipis).

Crash Man is more bluster than anything else. His Crash Bomber attack will leave a long residual blast, but the arena is large enough to avoid it until it dissipates. Crash Man's gimmick is that he will always jump when Mega Man fires. If the Buster is fired at ground level, it will always miss, so the key is to jump and time a shot so Crash Man jumps into it.

I do want to mention the utilities of Crash Bomber as a weapon briefly. It will take some time for the bomb to blow up, and hitting with the bomb itself is just a wasted shot. However, it is the weakness of three bosses in this game (two of which is vital to a perfect run), so it's best to learn how to use it effectively.
