Here's where the bullshit begins. Mega Man 4 possess significantly less threats than 3 did, and part of that comes from the mega buster, which shreds bosses like nothing else. I pondered whether to use it or not, and ultimately I decided "fuck it, go full monty". So not a single charge shot leaves Mega Man's arm for the rest of these boss rushes. Here's the break down

Drill Man - An hour. A straight hour of attempts went into getting a perfect fight against this asshole. Now to be fair, 40 of those minutes was just me aimlessly jumping around without any real idea of how to avoid his drill bombs. It still requires insane precision, not to mention staying the living fuck out of the corner, where the explosion can easily clip you. Also this fight lasts unreasonably long because of how much time he spends underground. What a jackass.

Skull Man - I love the fact that you can lead his shots upward. It makes this battle so much easier, and it's already an utter joke. Also thank you Capcom for the most forgiving hit detection on his barrier.

Pharaoh Man - Pharaoh Man is by far the hardest boss in the game. The Pharaoh Shots that he fires while doing his lunatic dance around the room are insanely accurate, so dodging them because an incredibly difficult ordeal of leading his shots.

So why did this feel so effortless? Pharaoh Man has a bad habit of spending incredibly long amounts of time firing pharaoh shots which take longs amounts of time to charge, giving you ample time to fill him with bullets. He's still a challenge, but that kinda gets sullied when getting lucky makes him look like such a joke. I'd recommend trying this out for yourself to get an idea of how hard he actually can be.

Dive Man - Dive Man isn't super hard, but he is fast. Fast enough to catch me offguard whenever I decide it's a good idea to strain my eyes from the screen for a half second. Fast enough that a preemptive jump to avoid his lunge results in me getting smacked by a missile. However, there's a very subtle difference in the animation between him firing missiles and shooting forward, which dampens the difficulty a bit.

Dust Man - Snore. Snore. More snoring. Jump to avoid the incredibly predictable dust projectile. Back to snoring.

Ring Man - Ring Man, similar to Hard Man, is a pattern that is strict and precise. The second ring he fires has a bad habit of coming back and smacking me in the god damn head, but once you learn how to manipulate him, it becomes a non issue.

Toad Man - Normally, to beat this guy, you shoot him, then run under him when he jumps. If you've used this strategy to fight him and watched this video, then you should feel utterly ashamed, because you've put infinitely more effort into his fight than needed.

Bright Man - Ass. Hole. This is a fight that will unavoidably come down to sheer RNG, because even after half an hour of tries, I found no way to manipulate what he will do after using bright flash. It is a nightmare, because once he hits half health it's unavoidable, and can easily nullify 15-20 seconds of work. I won because I got lucky. It's simply an inevitable truth of this fight, and any perfect battle with this dickhead.
