Once you have beaten the game once, each level has a special CD appear in it, offering some kind of alteration to the game that you can turn on and off as you please! This time around, we'll be taking a look at all of the bonus options, which are as follows:

1-HP Mode: You start with 1 HP, but aren't locked into it. Just kind of a fun challenge option

Beta-View Mode: All of the collision and event boxes are visible in each stage

Levitation: Holding the jump button causes you to slowly descend from a jump or fall

Doot Doot: Replaces the uncharged buster shots with the "Skull Trumpet" sound effect

Skip To Boss: You immediately start each stage in the boss hallway

Max Damage: Your buster and all weapons are instant death for anything, unless it is currently invulnerable (i.e. mets with their helmets down)

Hyper Speed: Your movement speed is greatly increased (this one is fuuuun)

Low Gravity: Low gravity is applied, making you always jump as if you were underwater

Proto Armor: All enemy attacks deal 1 damage to you

C-137 Mode: Umm...an easter egg cameo mode?? I think this is the scientist character from that Rick and Morty show? Not sure which one he is if so.
