Mini-boss: Pararoid S-38s (Old Robot) - 00:37 / 03:10
Bosses: Agile - 01:25 / Morph Moth - 04:16
You wouldn't believe how annoying getting to the X-Hunter arena in this level is without the air dash, you need to do a specific dash wall jump against the wall there the ladder starts, you can also slide down, but the Disk Boy below enemy can, and might, jump and hit you.
Agile is a jerk. I lost count how many times I lost on his first attack because if you dodge one second too late he will hit you with his dash slice-and-dice attack.
Other than that he's by far and away the easiest X-Hunter to deal with, his sword beams are very easy to read and react to and as long as you stay near the walls and jump to the opposite side when Agile does his slice-and-dice attack again you'll be fine.
Morph Moth is another easy boss to deal with. The cocoon form has two easy attacks to deal with, one thanks to the lag it causes, and poses little threat overall.
The 2nd form is even easier since (thankfully) Moth will never sprinkle his dust on the corners of the arena. Beware that Moth will aim its ray diagonally if you're in front of him, he won't readjust his aim if you go behind him, though. Moth also does a truckload of contact damage too and will kill a raw, un-upgraded, X in two hits.
Moth does have the strange prestige of being one of the few things that don't take extra damage from dash shots, so there's that.
