Using the latest jailbreak firmware, v7.5, the Mega Sg has a peerless ColecoVision FPGA core. It can run all the official titles and just about any homebrew game (using standard controllers) that can be thrown at it. Some homebrew titles use unusual memory mapping hardware, but the Mega Sg can handle all known schemes. Many more recent homebrew titles require the Super Game Module expansion to work and the Mega Sg supports the Super Game Module expansion functionality.

I took video of several popular homebrew titles being run on the Mega Sg. I captured them using the Mega Sg's (640x)480/60p mode losslessly to keep the file sizes reasonable. Then I scaled by 3x for a 1920x1440 image. The Mega Sg can do 1080p at 5x scale, so I do not feel that this is an unreasonable demonstration of its capabilities when played on a monitor or TV.
