Merging GAIA with Hephaestus, But at what cost? | Horizon Forbidden West | Episode 19
2What is going on? Good people of this community, I hope you are doing well. We are back to the main mission grind as we have progressed on the side missions. I feel more people in this community need to learn about Horizon Forbidden west. I plan to create the staging fights so I can record amazing clips using different weapons and elements combinations. If you guys have ideas around it, you guys can suggest to me if you have any ideas around it which I can experiment with for you :) Also, let me know what games you are playing which have similarities with Horizon Forbidden west; I would love to try them out! There is hardly any game that I have found that offers primal and futuristic feelings at the same time.
This time, I have equipped the coils I have with respective weapons πΈsome people were super annoyed that I'm not using the coils in my inventory to increase the weapon effects on fights. Well, Not anymore! At first, I was helping our fellow Tenakth clan leader to fix their poisoned water before moving to the main mission. Well, I wasn't planning to, but our main mission somehow connected to the area. What can I say very dynamic game design choice!
Again the Tallneck activation on the far west was super creative; I had to figure out what was wrong with it and salvage parts from a nearby risky area to fix the Tallneck and get in running; it was a beautiful experience and worth it.
The first encounter to the main mission was a somewhat mixed experience as this Quen tribe as this Ted Faro following a leader who himself thinks he's the Ted Faro reborn. I just couldn't stand that guy! I hated how they created Ted Faro. I super hated this NPC who thinks he's Ted Faro reborn. Well, I would leave the interesting part out where we see him getting demolished by reality. You can play the game to discover the mystery or watch my gameplay.
We had to fight a gold-plated Thunderjaw; while I was thinking this was just a story mission, my o my, was I wrong on so many levels? This machine beat the shit out of me so bad you can get a glimpse of the fight at 1:52:00 I had to back out once also because I was low on assets to craft items. But we survived. I helped the Quen defeat the Thunderjaw. Well, I had to do the most work, though.
As we uncovered more of Ted Faro's secrets and this guy's fate, we had to overcome some obstacles, and after all, Aloy was taking Alva as another companion. It was good to have a knowledgeable companion like her on the team! We started our journey to Gemini to start the marge of GAIA and Hephaestus. It was daunting, but we had Beta with was, whom Aloy was already addressing as her sister. I loved the moment and character development between these two. Now more twists, we lost a good companion and everything. It was a victory for nothing. Learn more about what happened by watching me play :)
