Full playthrough of the PC version on Steam. The game has been also released for PS3, PS4, XB360 and XBONE.
The playthrough is part of the "Metal Gear-athon" in which we're playing all the games of the Metal Gear Legacy Collection + MGS V.
The 4th part of the playthrough shows the side ops "Destroy the Anti-Air Emplacements" on normal difficulty.
Metal Gear Solid game 5 is the last game lead by Hideo Kojima as he and Konami are not working together anymore.
Typical for the MGS series, the game brings back a lot of known mechanics and story parts while updating the formula to more modern standards.
Ground Zeroes has more of an open and non-linear approach compared to all previous MGS games. The controls have been simplified and work therefore better than before.
However Ground Zeroes, as the prologue of MGS5: The Phantom Pain, consists only of one big military base. There are different missions with different settings (weather, daytime, enemies, goals), but the location always stays the same.
The story follows chronologically MGS: Peace Walker and the player controls once more Big Boss.
