Metro Last Light {part 15} 'ALMOST RAGED QUIT' Ranger Hardcore survival !!!
Let's Play Metro Last Light Redux on the Xbox One S and this is video number 15. All gameplay footage has been captured using the Xbox One's built-in capture feature and recorded directly to a portable HD drive. In this episode we finally take on the Watchmen that gave so much trouble in the previous episode but after many retries, we finally defeat them and can now climb into the wooden elevator that we got the water flowing to power it in the previous episode. Now this was a very hard fight in the end and by the time I finally got passed it I had no more health syrette's; my health was so low the screen was flashing deep red constantly and I had used up all my ammunition for my guns and almost all of my firebombs... BUT I DID IT lol. The only trouble with beating them using up almost every supply I had was that the game then decides to throw us directly into a boss battle straight afterwards! This was made very easy as I still had a full stockpile of the claymore mines, so I spammed them everywhere and the boss that kind of resembled a rhino with its primary attack consisting of charging into us was quickly moved on. Yes, I say moved on due to the fact this is not the only time you have to fight this guy! We end up walking through a tunnel where we are able to grab some minimal supplies from off a dead body were once again face to face with the charging pain in my butt!! We now only have two mines and just a magazine of bullets for each weapon so really not much at all. We enter a chamber with support beams and small walls scattered around the place and we can see water flowing through cracks in the ceiling and down onto the chamber floor. It is almost straight away that we are once again standing in front of the charger boss only this time we have to fight him to the death with barley any supplies left and to top it off we are also greeted by a few Watchmen running about the place also. So, this ended up being a real slog to get through!! I lost count of how many times I actually died as I just kept retrying and retrying after constantly getting killed after running out of ammo! I finally came to the realisation that I would have to rely on my knife if I was going to defeat this thing!! Every retry I would quickly run out of ammunition and end up resorting to throwing the last few of my bombs before using my throwing knives as a last-ditch attempt... I really get the feeling this is as far as I go with this game as I just couldn't defeat him. But I didn't give up and I dug deep and then deeper and then so deep I was screaming at the TV screen (not my greatest moment I must admit lol). I got down to the final attempt, I will have one more go but if I fail again, I am done with it, and I shall just start a new game series... So, I loaded the retry for the final time... Watch until the end to see if it's a success story or a new game series starting tomorrow... Anyway, thanks for watching everyone! I am really glad you came, and I hope it was enjoying and worth clicking on. Please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE if you feel there is any value to what I am producing and if you do, I am truly thankful to you!
