Released by Codemasters in 1991.

The objective is to destroy all of the red cars on a level to get the criminal mastermind to appear (a yellow car) and then destroy that too. Once destroyed, you have to find the exit to the level.

When you destroy red cars, they leave coins behind that can be collected and used to buy upgrades in the shop on each level. The only problem is the coins are next to impossible to collect due to the crappy control and the suicidal drivers that seem to inhabit the city.

To complicate matters, if a red/boss car is destroyed by anything other than the player, it doesn't count and the car will respawn in a random location. Fortunately, each of the 4 levels is tiny, so you should be able to track them down.

The game loops after stage 4, so the video shows one iteration of each level.

Not terrible, but far from memorable.
