Micro Dosing For Multiple Sclerosis

Now then,
I did forget to mention one things about me still getting little twitches. I seem to still get a fair few, but not as many, after I have done exercising. Currently, I am just going for hikes, walks, and runs but after I am done exercising and begin resting, mostly my glutes and quads are what begin to spasm. I do not know about anywhere else as of yet. Testing at the gym is required.
I was speaking to a friend about micro dosing and he said that 0.5 grams is about the max to take for a micro dose. General range is 0.1 to 0.5 grams. He did also say that it is up to the individual to see where creativity, productivity and drowsiness takes effect.
That is one things that I noticed. Anything above 0.5 grams will make me very tired.
