Mid90s Movie Review - Collider @ TIFF 2018
Perri Nemiroff reviews mid90s at TIFF 2018. Written and directed by Jonah Hill, the film follows a young teenager in mid-90s Los Angeles, played by Sunny Suljic (Killing of a Sacred Deer), as he spends his summer with new skater friends while avoiding with his abusive older brother.
The film features an original score from Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross and co-stars Lucas Hedges, Katherine Waterston, Na-kel Smith, Olan Prenatt, Ryder McLaughlin, and Gio Galicia. It opens in theaters on October 19th.
