So, as you might imagine after last video, we start this one off by fighting with the White Graug that we’ve been hunting down. I guess you could consider this to be a boss fight (or a mini-boss fight) but it’s a very odd one. We spent an entire mission trying to understand how to tackle a Graug by using Caragors and having Torvin attempt to kill it but, in this mission, we have to fight it by ourselves. Well, by fight I mean, we have to taunt it till it runs at us, dodge out of the way so he hits into the wall then hit a button to deal damage to him. Sounds much simpler than before expect they added something in between; in between each time he charges at you, Ghuls will appear and he will try and feed off of them which will heal him. The objective is to shoot him while he is feeding (because he will drop the Ghul) or kill all of them before he gets the chance to eat them. The fight as a whole feels very formulaic and somewhat repetitive which is odd since it was supposed to be an epic fight between you and this mighty Graug. I guess this is supposed to warn you about the later boss fights (as of writing this, I’ve beaten the game so I’m well aware of those fights). All jokes aside, it was kind of disappointing that I had to just press one/two buttons to deal damage to him. After the fight, we then continue with our Collect-a-thon.
