Mighty Tactical Shooter is an 8/16-bit style shoot 'em up with an RTS bent. Instead of moving the ship in real time you get to plan out your next move, aiming to time things so the shots you fire will coincide with the oncoming alien hordes. If you were never good enough to get past the first boss on R-Type then this game could be your opportunity to strike back.

This game is currently seeking funds via Kickstarter, is being developed in the UK and has a native Linux version. What more could you ask for?
